We cannot let the "Good Ole Boy" Network run things anymore.

Mike is a small businessman. He was born in West Monroe and is a lifelong resident of Northeast Louisiana. His daughter Lindsay is a student at ULM. For the past 12 years, Mike has served as a dedicated State Representative of District 15, which has been one of the most progressive growth areas in Louisiana during Mike's tenure.

Mike graduated from West Monroe High School in 1974 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeast Louisiana University. He is a graduate of Leadership Ouachita and Leadership Louisiana.

Mike supports programs that improve the lifestyle of Louisiana citizens. He is a part of the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, United Way, and Our House.

Mike is active in the community and is involved with the Boys and Girls Club, Civitans, Lions Club, and the National Rifle Association. He is the song leader at Jackson Street Church of Christ and is a member of the University of Louisiana at Monroe Alumni Association.
